Shipping information

Free shipping within Germany, the EU and Switzerland is carried out by our logistics partners DPD and Fedex. Delivery generally takes place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 CET (except on local public holidays).

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partners.

All shipments sent by mygretchen.com are insured by us against theft and damage by accidents. As soon as you have accepted your delivery and confirmed the receipt by signature, the insurance coverage expires. If your goods are damaged on arrival we recommend that you do not accept the delivery or add a note stating that you accept a damaged parcel upon submission of your signature.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We deliver to over 170 countries worldwide. If you would like to find out about shipping methods and delivery costs for a particular country, please check into which of the country groups of our overview table "Shipping costs and delivery times" your country falls.

As soon as we have sent out your order you will receive an email notification with your shipping confirmation and your DPD or Fedex tracking number. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours using the link included in the email.

You can have your order sent free of charge to our Gretchen stores in Berlin or Düsseldorf and pick up your items there personally.

To do this, select the option "Shipment to Gretchen-Store" in the order step "Delivery details" and click on "Gretchen-Store Düsseldorf" or "Gretchen-Store Berlin".

As soon as your order is ready for collection on the spot, you will receive an email with all information about your order, the exact store address and the store opening hours.
