RETURN

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you can easily return your purchased items within 30 days of delivery.

YOUR EXTENDED RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we grant you an extended right of withdrawal with which you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason. This period begins one day after you have received your goods. This regulation does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal in any way.

RETURN FROM GERMANY

STEP 1

Please log in into our webshop with your customer number and click on the field "My orders". Select the order from which you would like to return one or more items. Now click on the items you want to return and print the return slip along with the automatically created shipment label for the package.

STEP 2

Put the return slip in your package together with the item(s) you want to return. Please repack the item as carefully as you received it from us, as we can only take back undamaged items.

STEP 3

Carefully seal the package with tape and attach the shipment label to the outside of your package.

STEP 4

Hand over the package to a DPD parcel station. You will be given a shipment receipt with a tracking number of your package. Keep the receipt until the package has been delivered to us and we have confirmed to you its receipt.

STEP 5

As soon as the package has arrived, we will confirm the receipt to you by e-mail.

STEP 6

Your confirmed return will be credited to the original cardholder or account holder in the same currency as the purchase.
RETURNS FROM NON-EU-COUNTRIES / RETURNS FROM OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES

STEP 1

Please log in into our webshop with your customer number and click on the field "My orders". Select the order from which you would like to return one or more items. Now click on the items you want to return and print the return slip.

STEP 2

Put the return slip in your package together with the item(s) you want to return. Please repack the item as carefully as you received it from us, as we can only take back undamaged items.

STEP 3

Carefully seal the package with tape and attach the shipment label to the outside of your package.

STEP 4

Send the package with a courrier service / parcel service of your choice.
You will be given a shipment receipt with a tracking number of your package. Keep the receipt until the package has been delivered to us and we have confirmed to you its receipt.

RETURN POLICY

• The right of return applies only to unused and flawless new items, which will be returned with all labels attached. In order to avoid damage to the goods due to improper packaging and possibly resulting transport damage, we recommend that you return the articles in the same packaging in which you have received them from us.

• Please keep your DPD shipment receipt until you have the confirmation from us that we have received your return shipment.

The goods must be returned new and unused.

REPEAL POLICY

If you want to repeal your contract of purchase, you have the following options:

1. REPEAL OF PURCHASE BY WAY OF RETURN

Your repeal of purchase automatically becomes effective if you return your item(s) to us within 30 days.

2. REPEAL OF PURCHASE IN WRITTEN FORM OR OVER THE PHONE

Your repeal of purches in written form, e.g. by email, fax, mail, or by phone must take place within 14 days after delivery. We recommend that you use our repeal of purchase template. Following your repeal of purchase, please return us the goods within 14 days.

REFUNDING OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

After we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us regarding the credit to be made. Please note:

• The refund will be made using the same payment method and will always be credited to the same account from which the purchase was made

• If the return has been purchased with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher

• In the event of a return, your card or bank account will be credited in the same currency as the purchase. Please note that any losses due to exchange rates or currency fluctuations will not be credited

• Returned articles are checked by us for their freedom from damage. As soon as our quality control confirms that the item you have returned is non-defective, we will credit you the item(s).

YOUR EXTENDED RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we grant you an extended right of withdrawal with which you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason. This period begins one day after you have received your goods. Your legal right of withdrawal is not affected by the compliance with our rules for the additionally granted (extended) right of withdrawal and remains independent thereof. Until the expiration of the period for the statutory right of revocation, only the statutory conditions apply. Moreover, the contractually granted (extended) right of revocation does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which remain unrestricted thereof.
